WHO WE ARE
WIM BALLIEU & HIS BALLS
As a little kid, I was passionate about the way meat is prepared. What was my favorite meal, has become my life. When I was 19 years old, I started my first company in the world of concept-event catering. Soon I realised the importance of handcrafted food.
It was time to go back to my roots: the real flemish meatball, filled with my favorite things.
And so Balls & Glory was born. The perfect combination of fresh & artisanal minced meat from our own farm and their experimental & ultra-modern fillings. Every Balls & Glory restaurant is supported by a team with real balls!
They make the best out of every day. And who knows, maybe you'll be soon standing by our side?
Every day we serve four different balls: the Classic pork, Crispy Chicken, Delicious Veggie & one seasonal. Each filled with a crazy filling and served with the stoemp or a salad "Ottolenghi-style": slow food - fast served.
The quality and the origin of our products is very important to us. Because we work with an ultra-short chain of cooperative farms, we can now even speak of our 'own' pigs & potatoes.
FAST SERVED FULL OF ENERGY
Our open kitchen is the beating heart of a Balls & Glory store. We transform the ingredients of the day into stoemp, salads, lemonades or juices & desserts. All this reveals the secret of the 'real' cooking.
Eating healthy & balanced in an equal working environment is our goal: you can take out your favorite ball in our non-stop store, have it delivered by Uber-eats & Deliveroo, or you can enjoy it in one of our urban restaurants.

We are a dynamique & enthusiastic family that does everything to become 'la mamma' in town.
We love making new & sustainable contacts with local designers & crafters, but we are also known for pushing it to the edge together with local culture temples, community centres & city initiatives to make the city a little bit better, more sustainable and more fun.
You do not enter a Balls & Glory as a customer. You are a bronze, silver or golden VIB'er (very important baller).
Fun working can only be done in a fun atmosphere. Not only in the restaurants, but also behind the scenes. We can count on our dedicated team from the different restaurants. Everyone contributes in his own way.
