Why would you import meat if you can work together with local farms? Less transport, less CO2 emissions but also products that are even more fresh. In addition, we aren't really fond of marge-on-marge politics. Two birds with one stone.
The pots & pans in the kitchen don't only show our fresh meals. It's also like entering a friend's kitchen. At Balls & Glory, you should have the feeling of coming home. We give you a friendly and warm smile & a lovely interior with a twist .
Nobody likes waiting for his meal: we limit the choice & provide a super efficient preparation. Our 8 minute-rule makes sure you're always served within 8 minutes, but our balls are ovenbaked during 27 minutes: slow food, fast served, baby.
At Balls & Glory, you don't have to move the tables to sit all together. In our restaurants, we have long tables where every group can have a seat. An ideal way to get to know new people!
Keep It Stupid Simple: we love simplicity. Short logistics, to the point recipes & clear manuals. Our restaurants are modern, without a lot of trumpery.

If our doors says 'open', we're open. Even if it's five minutes before closing time. If you can find it on the menu, we serve it without a problem! As we say in Ghent:
"Nie goan, bestoa nie".
If people do not know the concept, we will explain it to them with pleasure. That's why every member of the Balls & Glory team is perfectly informed of the working method.
